England drummed his fingers impatiently, waiting for the meeting to start. It was already twenty minutes past the time it was supposed to start.It wouldn’t start until everyone was accounted for. From what he could see, America, Russia, and her two brothers were still not here.
He groaned, annoyed. He knew that Russia was not herself now, but twenty minutes? And where was that stupid American? What was taking him so long? And Belarus and Ukraine?
